My friend recently started dressing like a girl which i am assuming is emo. I tried to find out why he is becoming homosexual and he said his life is dark and terrible. I've known him for a while and his life isn't that way at all! I dropped by his house the other day and I heard girlish shrieks coming from his room. I thought it was homosexuals having anal sex and it turned out to be emo music. What can I do to get my friend back?

k, yeah, first of all, emo music doesn't sound like "Homosexuals having anal sex." Sorry, but it just doesn't. Second, maybe your friends life IS sucking pretty bad right now. Have you asked him why? Cuz if you haven't, then you're a pretty bad friend, seeing as he said his life was "dark and terrible". Third, if he wants to dress emo, he probably will dress emo, and there isn't really anything you can do about it. Sucks for you.

Like all teens and even many adults, he's going through a stage and bugging him about won't change it. It will cause you more stress though.
If he seems genuinely depressed, talk with your dad or mom and seek their advice. You wouldn't want to miss the signals if he needs help.
But if it is just a stage, he'll move on to something else eventually. Treat him as you always did and look thru the emo output and facade, he's still there.
