run hills - it the best thing to develop fast twitch muscle fibers which help your running times - also, try running with those running "parachutes", they naturally give you resistance because of the wind drag - and you should try to get as flexible as possible - it will definately help - good luck

Every individual has a limit. If your fastest run in 100m is 11.7 seconds, thats it. Do not push it hard or an accident may occur.

i am 44 years old and i ran 100 in 11.7 many years ago without strength training i believe if u did strength training u would b faster u failed to mention your age and sex which would help me with your question more, but what else do u do 4 cardio.

I ran a 11.3 in 1972. I think you have to just practice getting off to a good start out of the blocks and using good form.
