A Visa is effective, It enables to modify Immigration/Emigration. the biggest Mexican communities in Canada are in Vancouver BC & Montreal, Quebec. English and French for Spanish conversing Immigrants.

Hi, not sure where you are bu the best way to learn about visas etc here is to contact the Canadian Consulate, nearest to you. They'll have all the up-to-date information. You might also want to try www.ccra.gc.ca, it's a government site which deals with immigration etc.

I don't know if there are any age restrictions on visitor visa's or not.
