most likely you don't care about the stuff on the PC, right now, do you?
so, your best bet is to reinstall Windows (XP) on the PC;
if you don't have XP (and don't feel like going thru the hassle of reinstalling & all, you may need to get in touch with the person who sold you the PC & ask him/her for the Administrator password.

there is a tool CD (trinity-rescue-kit) that can reset the administrator password but... kind of advanced stuff.

goood luck!

When it is booting up, press F8 (I would press it repeatedly, before the Windows logo appears).

You should get a menu asking for boot options. Choose safe mode.

This will let you act as adminitrator without a password (At least for Windows XP)

Reformat the HD, if you have a win98 or higher CD this would be my path.
