well, i got the depo shot and my *** is definitely big ... but i don't know if there is a direct connection :(

No. If you get uncontroled hormone shots you might get bigger all over, and your butt just follows the rest of you.

I HAD A FRIEND THAT WAS ON IT AND SHE HAD A BIG BUTT SHE SAID THAT IT WAS FROM THE SHOT
