its not going to get pure white, just go for a new jacket. youll turn it a light, ugly pink and anything after that is going to be a horrible shade of a yellowish pinking white.

NO, soaking it in bleach will only eat away at the fabric. You'll just be left with a pile of rags. Bleaching it in the wash will just lighten the pink. You may end up with some pure white sploches, but for the most part, the jacket will just turn a lighter pink.

What about buying some Rit and try dying it another -- darker color?

I agree with others that trying to turn pink to white will only ruin the jacket.

wow...depending on how it was originally dyed, it may not bleach evenly. If you don't mind experimenting, then you can try it by itself in the wash. Depending on how dark the shade is, you might have to try it a couple of times, but that runs the risk of weakening the fabric. Good luck with it.

i'm rather sorry, yet i do no longer think of there is any thank you to get it to bypass returned to white! The cream colour is maximum possibly the best you will get. Take it to a dry purifier and ask, yet whilst they might't do something, purely purchase a sparkling jacket!

dont soak it in bleach wash it a couple of times with bleach and then see...b/c soaking things in bleach causes the bleach to eat away at the clothing...leaving holes in the material....or you could try a watered down bleach and water solution....
