There IS NO "impacted fecal material" in your digestive tract. That's a MYTH.

You should know if he is having just a kind of consipation which is either acute or chronic which may be treated sometimes with laxitives, eating vegetables and fruits or drinking more juice and water.
or he is really suffering from Fecal impaction wich also depends, if it would be removed simply by enema, laxities. or sometimes other measures like manual removal, or other measures

Well for one thing, if he believes all that junk about stuff staying inside your intestines for years then he really does need an enema.............of the brain.

That is just a bunch of BS.

Tell him if he is having regular bowel movements then he is just fine.

I suggest he try a tablespoon of sunflower seeds in his cereal every morning. They've helped me.
There are also many supplements that do the same thing without flavor. I've listed a few links below.

coffee acts as a laxative,or purchase a mild laxative ...such as the one used in dum and dummer...colon blow! haha!

many juices....all the jokes about prune juice are not really jokes, your pipes will be clean....and roughage..oat and bran cerials, oatmeal, veggies and fruits.
