Yes, it is amazing how well whitening strips and gels can work if done properly. The only problems I have experienced was the saliva washing off the gel but that is easily fixed by using cotton balls and drying your teeth off before putting it on.

Yes but some people are sensitive to use the gel. Try the whitening strips. Even my dentist recommend it to me AND follow the directions(don't over do it or you will damage your gums and teeth for life)

not really damage but the can cause a whole lot of sensitivity. also dont use too much at one time bc you can damage your gums if it leaks onto them too much.
