My breasts have been sore for about 3 days. They are aching so bad that it's hard for me to get comfortable, and massaging them helps. Seriously. I know that sounds weird. A lot of people say it's a common menstrual symptom, but I never have that happen. And I'm still a week away from when I should be starting. And this is a constant ache....it doesn't let up or go away.

I'm 24 years old. I've had my period since I was 11 and this has never happened.

This is a common premenstrual symptom, and is also a symptom of pregnancy.

Don't worry. Before I even had my first period I had that for weeks on end. It's normal. Your body is just discovering a new hormone, which is probably why you've never had it before. It's just your body developing. It's alright, and normal. But if it really persists into and after you've had your period talk to your doctor about it. But in the meantime just relax and hold in there, it will let up :) Hope I've helped, good luck.

God bless.
