Parentheses
Multiplication
Addition
in that order.

So, when you break it down, you get:
4-(6-3)*7-7+6
=4-3*7-7+6
=4-21-7+6
=-18

Note that subtraction is done with the same priority as addition. That's because subtraction is ultimately addition of negative numbers.

Likewise, division is just multiplication with inverses, so those two have the same priority as well.

You do the part in ( )'s first, then the multiplication

So the question is:
4-21-7+6

It's worked this way:
4-21=-17
-17-7 = -24
-24+6 = -18

Therefore it's -18.
