Plumbing is the system by which fresh water is delivered into a building. This kind of system was developed in ancient Rome. Water is delivered from an outside source through pipes and is then used in the sinks, showers, tubs, and washing machines of the building. Pipes are connected to one another and are underground.
There are different sizes and kinds of plumbing pipes, but each is designed to do essentially the same job. Leaks can occur in the pipeline, and they also need to be cleared of debris. A plumber can be employed to carry out these services. There are also many do-it-yourself books on the subject, and hardware stores offer assistance.

First, close the main valve. Let the area becomes completely dry. Prepare a mixture of filler (Belzona is the best) and patch the hole where the leak is. Let it dry completely (2 hours at least), then open the valve.Use water and soap to check whether there are still a leak,

Stick a pin in it...just kidding. Be more specific. What is leaking? A pipe or something rubbery?

Depends in what - in a garden hose, you can use duct tape. In a gas line, you don't want to be trying to screw around.
