my nails are so thin and fragile!! i hate it...i cant do anything w/out them breaking!!
any ideas???....

Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails. It works for me. I have the same problem.

No matter what polish you use if you will apply vitamen e oil or any cuticle oil to your cuticles before polish and keep your cuticles clean and pushed back dont cut them that leads to nail infections. Dont use much color polish when not using colored polish keep a clear cote that has lots of vitamens all natural if possible. If you do this you WILL notice a difference in a week or so.

I have been using Sally Hansens, I got the Miracle Cure...believe me i need it. I had fake nails for 4 years and took them off finally. Miracle Cure has made them stronger.

It's really hard to do, but you hafta put ten coats of clear polish on your nails and add a new coat every 2-3 days.
Take it all off and reapply every two weeks.

Go to the store and buy the clear nail olish,it doesnt have ANY color,it makes them healthier and stronger and its not expensive.You could probily find it at like walmart or target or something like that.And shopping store.That works REALY well,my nails are like that,so i put it on,then paint my nails if i want them a color,if not,then i just leave it clear and it works REALY well.

I used to know a lot of young women who would go the pharmacist and get something with formaldhyde in it.....not dangerous or anything, keep it on their nails and they had gorgeous strong nails?????????

Burts bees cuticle cream works great... and sally hansens nail strengthener works better than all of the expensive stuff. i am a nail tech, so i have seen it all

drink milk i swear it works.milk has basically all the viatimins.thoose other stuff makes everything worse.my friend used this kind of treatment,that said after aweek your nails will be stronger than ever.but really after a week her nails got soooooooooooo weak,one of them fell off.gross.
