What does ebay use to ship their products, or is it the customer who chooses. You know like FedEx,UPS etc.?

eBay doesn't ship anything. eBay allows sellers and buyers to link up and buy and sell goods and services; they don't actually sell anything themselves.

It's up to each seller to select a shipping company that they are going to use. Some sellers offer a choice and others do not. The customer usually has little say in the matter since the vast majority of eBay sellers only work with one shipping company in order to get the best possible rates.

At some occasions, Ebay may provide shipping, but generally, the seller himself chooses the carrier in which the package is shipped.

The seller charges shipping and chooses the method, unless you pay for express shipping.
