Wear scuba gear and a clown wig whenever you go out. EVERYONE will avoid you like the plague. No chance of kidnapping.

It's spelled "avoid," and the best way to avoid it is to have a password that only you and your family know. Also anyone else who *ever* might pick up your kids should also know the password.
Screaming is good - but never scream "help." No one responds to help. If you need help, scream "FIRE!" People will come running to help if they think there's a fire.
If you're already in the kidnapper's grasp, the best things to do would be gouge his eyes, bite chunks of flesh from anywhere you can, knee his groin, tear his ear off, elbow his face as hard as you can.
These are tactics that will take out a bigger individual - regardless of how strong they are. You don't have to be a better fighter than someone to beat them; you just have to cheat.

I suggest:
1. Avoid talking to strangers.
2. Try to go places in groups so you don't have to be out alone.
3. Also, you should be extra careful if you have to go out at night or alone at any time.
4. Get used to carry some pepper spray or mase if you're allowed to.
5. Never accept rides from people you don't know and people who your parents haven't okayed to give you rides.

pick a buddy to team up with two girls are a match for anyone
and never go out in the dark or in a dark part of town you do not know or feel safe I think after 8:00 or 8:30 you should be in doors for the night. unless the whole family wants to go out then that is different.

I don't know, but I have heard that those paranoid about it end up being kidnapped. Just stop worrying.
Maybe you can build your confidence with a self-defense class and a bottle of mace in your purse.

Stop thinking you're gonna get kidnapped. If you look worried you look distracted and look like a better target. Look confident and they'll think you'll put up a fight which kidnappers don't want to deal with. They look out for weak victims.
