Hmmm... my connection is V E R Y S L O W today... I'm in SW FL with EarthLink DSL Could be backbone problem... anyone else?

I really dont know but I have a lot of friends who are having the same problem...Maybe it's BIG BROTHER(THE GOVERNMENT) THAT'S DOING IT!!!!!!
