Are you too hard on yourself or not hard enough?

I think I'm too hard on myself. That's what everyone tells me, so I cut myself some slack, and nothing happens in my life. My life sucks so bad, I'm tired of fighting it and I just want to lay down and die. I already know how it's going to end. All of the great things promised are just lies to keep me motivated. Well. I'm on to ya now. I appreciate you trying to keep me going but I'm done fighting for a future that's not going to happen.

I am my worst enemy.

I generally have it in my head how things should be. If I fail to live up to what I feel is acceptable, then I am "crap". I am such a perfectionist. I love it when my ducks are in order. When one of my duck gets out of line, I start to sweat until I can get that duck back in line.

If I lose control of a situation, I then have a tendency to say
"f#*k it" Like a little kid who takes his ball, and goes home because the other kids won't play his game.

People like me should not date. Unless you know of some one who's into control freaks.

On a lighter note, I am seeking outside help for this issue :)

interesting question, I think those that are hard on themselves would all say not hard enough....
everyone says I'm too hard on myself, but It hink I cut myself a lot of slack
