Both are really bad!!! It is really hard to pick you see terrorists try to make a governments fall and that hurts everything and everyone. And rapists destroys lives and that has the same affect but in a different way.

It's hard to say because terrorists will hurt/kill as many people as they can at one time but rapists are just as cruel and heartless.

rapists, they are just doing it for power and control and cruelty, terrorists have a goal (however f'd up it might be) in mind when they do things. they don't just kill people because they woke up one day and said, today i'm going to bomb a market. even though i still don't understand how they think that violence will achieve their ends, they do at least have some objective in mind. although, on the whole, there isn't much to choose from between terrorists and rapists

Thats easy.. Rapist are definitly more cruel for the simple fact that the terrorist think and truely beleive that what the're doing is right, and a rapist knows what there doing is wrong they just do it because the're sick

Actually, seldom are either one of them insane. Especially terrorists.

A rapist terrorizes his victim.
A terrorist rapes a land of it's people and resources.
