the things that people in london are wearing these days are just awfully dreadful, is there know cents of fashion?

Layers and colour..! (they haven't gone monochrome and back to the office yet, cos it's all summer) And with women, and teenage girls, there's a lot of leggings and footless tights. Carry an umbrella just in case. There's a thing with shorts, but they're saved for a sunny day... which... this week.. we've barely seen. take a light jacket that's not too hot. but layers... really, that's what you want. if it's too hot, take clothes off, if you get cold again, put them on again. hairbands, too. although that's not much to do with climate.

We wear our clothes in layers so we can add or subtract at will.
We mostly carry either an umbrella or a waterproof at the moment because the weather is bloody awful.
