Less than 24 hours. It is not "digested" but rather exits in much the same shape as it went in.

You can't digest the gum part - just the flavorings and sugar mixed in with it. The gum will pass through your body in 24-48 hours normally.

You don't digest it, you just process it. It comes out with everthing else you ate about the same time yesterday.

i have actually asked a doctor that question, and they answered up to 3 days. Not 7 years like the well known rumor.
