Elvis and Priscilla didn't even meet until she was 14 in 1959, so it would be a little hard for him to be married to her when she was 13. The got married May 1, 1967, when Priscilla was 22.
Jerry Lee Lewis on the other hand was married to his 13 year old cousin.

What ppl like about Elvis is that he was ahead of his time, talented, had great stage presence with lots of charisma, and most importantly, a great singing voice. He also symbolized teen rebellion for some, with his hip shakin' moves; that was considered too dirty for TV at the time.
Also considered very handsome when he was young.
Elvis did not marry a 13 yo, Priscilla, his only wife, was 19 or 20 I think. Maybe you're confusing him with Jerry Lee Lewis, one of his wives was 13.

as a singer he wasn't that good as most of the time he mimed ,you could say that he was the first "lilli vanilli" particularily on tv,,many years ago i saw a concert in hawai were he was singing?live and it was tragic,he could hardly play a guitar,and i dont think that he actually wrote anything,the thing was he looked the part ,the same as todays so called artists you dont need talent ,,,jerry lee lewis married one of his cousins and she was 14,not 13,which was quite legal in that particular state ,so by law it was ok. ps jerry lee has more talent in his little finger than elvis had in his whole body.
