Has Satan moved to Texas? Well, back in 1992 I saw a picture of a black cloud that looked like Satan over burning Ranch Apocalypse with the title Face of Satan Appears Over Waco. It must be true because it was in the Weekly World News.

To answer the question, no. Satan actually left Texas in 2001 and moved to Washington, DC.
