Tell him hoping he'll have a positive atitude and won't hate you. Why would he hate you? There really is no reason. Tell him how u feel. Wait for an answer. If he doesn't feel for you the way u do, hope you could still be friends. Many people ask the same question. Many people who are rejected are still friends. Many times two people like each other and don't know how the other person feels. It's obvious to us you like each other but you're blinded by love. You need to speak up when you really want something like badly.

Well, one way would be to accidently touch him and see what happens. Maybe get him to practice dancing with you or something and help him to possibly see you in a different way first, like if it was his idea. You'll get a decent sense of how attuned he is by his, uh, reaction. ;-)
Then, another way is, you could drop a hint, like ever wonder what it might be like if we were bf/gf instead of just best friends? And see how he responds.
Those should be easy enough without making the relationship too awkward. Good luck!

uniforms get a guys attention
sucks wearing uniforms! I found out tho! that witty converstations and calling people/friends by there names makes them feel wanted...
Never hurts to bust a joke once in a while...
And logic puzzels throw one his way see if he can figure it out look for a Cute one! There are tons on the internet!
Sence your in uniforms everyone looks the same so do something differnt and stand out personality wise... :)

Tell him that you like him as more than a friend, and see what happens. He could like you back, but if he doesn't like you back, don't worry, it won't mess up your friendship. You'll still be friends
