I'm in a young band out of Cincinnati, Ohio called Sheffield. We are signed to an indie label, Blue Monkey Records, and have swelled quickly to the top of our local music scene. We need help getting ourselves national exposure, as our goal is to get ourselves attention from a major label. If you are honestly familiar with todays music industry, could you give us a suggestion, or if were really lucky, perhaps a contact. Give a listen to our music and tell us if you can help. Were at:

Thank you so much for your time.

No thanks--I think you guys stink!

P.S. If you have to advertise on Yahoo Answers, then apparently I'm not the only one who thinks you stink.

If you want exposure, there are some things that you have to do. First, you should make demos containing maybe 4 or 5 of your songs, and send them to every record label, famous musician, or someone related to record industry you can think of. Then you star touring on a National scale, this might be costly, but this is a must to get your band known

And most important, don't give up!

Also, to get adresses, check their websites under contatcts.

I don't think Yahoo! Answers is a good place to advertise your band. :)
