Your in luck. The problem is your computer memory is broken (literally). Call up Gateway, tell them what type of computer you have and tell them the problem and they will sell you new memory and tell you how to replace the old memory.
Computer should start right up after that.

Ok, there is a problem with the RAM. If you have 2 sticks, then put the second in the first slot and put the stick that was in the firs slot aside and see if it works. If it does, then there is a problem with that first stick.
