2 cycle engines have no moving parts other than the crank/piston assy. The head should not be torqued too much. Just enough not to strip the bolts or damage the aluminum casting. If the bolts are 10MM then the torque is probably around 20 pounds. If it's 13 MM then torque will be close to 30 pounds. Good luck.
