What human rights are you talking about? A corporation is a legal entity, and can transact business and own property like a person can.

Human rights and citizens rights usually involve the right to be free from arrest and incarceration without cause, the right not to be tortured, etc. You can't really do any of that to a corporation. All you can do is sue them for money, or indict members of their Board of Directors if their conduct was criminal, or certain employees - again for their own conduct.

it's not one law. it's been the bending of many laws over time to consider some things that corporate entities do in the same legal manner as some things humans do. like equating money and speech the way people opposing mccain-feingold did... free speech implies someone talking, not someone handing someone a check.

you've got your work cut out for you! try watching "the corporation" for some interesting examples... but i'm not sure you can find a single law to pin all our troubles to. it seems to me more like an attitude that changes the way laws are enforced.

The system of laws you are refering to are responsible for life as we know it today, dork-boy. Without them, you'd be digging on a farm as someone's serf.

Think about it.
