You should at least try to meet them. Like tell your parent (the one who's also their parent) to set up a date where you can all go out to eat or something, and then actually get to know them. You might end up actually getting to like them, if not, well at least you tried and it's their loss, right?

The first thing is to decide why you want to meet them. Second tell them why you want to meet them. Maybe if they understand your reasoning then they will be more open to meeting you. Many times people are scared because they do not know your motives or intentions. If you tell them that may take some of the fear out of it.
Just a thought. Good luck.
Remember too try not to meet them with expectations of who they are or should be.

If you have confirmed this through at least one of the sisters directly, then I would elect to let it lie for about a year.
After a year, I would begin to write, individually, to each of them and see if things have changed.
Don't put too much of your heart into this. There are probably some emotional issues behind their attitude that you are unaware of, and some healing needs to take place. Give them time, and by & by, as they mature, one of them may take you up on developing a relationship.
Time is your friend. Be patient and wait on them to come to you. You extended that first hand of friendship, the ball is now in their court. Prayer will help, too.

Ask them if they want to meet and be open for them to meet. You can't and shouldn't force them.

How do you know that they don't want to meet you? I sure would ask them. You'll never know until you do.
