Oh my goodness, my dear...that is not fat. You are at a perfectly healthy weight for your height and you are tall for your age, which probably makes you feel like you stand out a bit. Please do not try to lose a large amount of weight, just stay active (instead of in front of the computer all day) and try to eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetable, and whole wheat (or dark-colored) grains...

No it is not. You are only 12. Just make sure you are eating healthy and getting enough exercize and you will be fine. I'm 5'7" and I am supposed to weigh between 135 and 165. You should check a weight chart to reinforce what I've told you. You can google "weight chart" on the internet and it will tell you how much you should weigh. But seriously, I don't think that sounds very big at all. Don't worry about your weight...worry about being you.
