What I do is after i put my toothpaste on my toothbrush i dip my tooth brush in the backing soda or you could use it after you brush your teeth by dipping your tooth brush in the baking soda.

Just make a paste from baking soda and purified water. Mix the two together in a small bowl and then put it on the toothbrush however you should know that: 1. It tastes horrible, 2. it can be a bit messy, and 3. it is very abrasive and can actually do more harm to your teeth. You are better off buying a premade one and if you want an all natural one, try Toms of Maine or go to a health food store.

well the easiest way is to purchase a toothpaste that contains baking soda. if you dont ant to go that route bet some arm and hammer baking soda and pour it in a tiny litle tray or dish and add enough water to make a paste, you could use your toothbrush to apply it to your teeth or take that paste and add some toothpaste then use that to brush your teeth. I would really recomend just purchasing a toothpaste that already contains baking soda

ok,here goes. Pour some baking soda in the palm of you hand that you don't use to hold your brush.make a little bowl with it. Next, wet the brush and dip the bristles into the baking soda to get nice and moist. Then brush your teeth. Good luck.

I believe it's meant to be used in lieu of toothpaste, or at least that's we did at my house when I was a kid and we ran out of the good stuff.

Wet your brush and dip it in the box.

For the record it's pretty gross tasting.

if you don't know how to use baking soda you could buy a toothpaste which contains just the right amounts. sensodyne has one which contains baking soda for example

I used it for about two years. I just missed the mint taste.

Here's how you do it.

Wet your tooth brush. Then sprinkle as much on there as desired. I would end up using about a half teaspoon.
