This is gonna sting.....
You want guys that aren't loosers, yet, to find these guys, you post this question on the internet. Forgive me, but if you weren't a looser, yourself, you wouldn't have to pose this question. I don't want to hurt you feelings, but when you ask a question like this, what kind of answer do you expect? I'm sure your a nice person, but the internet is a sick place, you don't know who or WHAT you will come across. Please, don't look for good friends on the internet, it isn't good for your well being. Find your friends close to home.
Again, I'm sorry to hurt your feelings, if I did, but sometimes the truth hurts.
