Society has to have some order. Unfortunately, without the restraints the law provides there would be a lot more random killing, stealing, physical abuse, discrimination, sexual crime, and every conceivable type of transgression against humanity. . I don't know about you, but I do not want to live in a society without restrictions. Just as you have to have order in your own life, you have to have order in society. I certainly wouldn't want someone to rape my daughter and then tell me that they have every right to do it since there is no law against it. I would not want pharmaceutical companies marketing drugs that were not adequately tested as required by law or vehicles on the road that did not meet the safety requirements the law demands, or people taking my house or my car because the laws of ownership no longer were in force. A lack of laws gives people the liberty to do as they please. And under anarchy, they do.

We need a frame work of rules for governing society. In the absense of law we will not be able to understand our responsibility. There are three basic qualities of good law. Equity, natural justice and common sense.
We needed law to do justice.

laws are needed just to be broken. some people break the laws and go to prison. some other people break the laws and never go to prison, some other (this is a minority) never break any law. maybe in the future centuries , human race will be ready to live without laws. this will be the upper step of civilization. but now we're more like canibals. i don't like laws but they are neccesary.

Because our live would literally be chaos. Laws and Government is everywhere in our lives. The tv you watch has ratings, elevators have restrictions, laws keep our streets and highways moving. Laws try to keep equal justice and a fair system. etc, etc.

Look at how bad the world is with them. Now think about the world without them. Or look at is this way someone could kill someone close to you, burn your house down, or steal your posessions. Imagine how that'd feel. And without laws there's nothing anyone could do about it. Just tink it'd be okay for women to get raped and anything else

because anarchy is the worst idea ever besides communism. laws protect your right to sit at your computer and type anything you want. they protect you from someone just waltzing right into your house, holding you up, and taking your valuables.
