Is there any way that I can prevent myself from being booted?

if it on ur chat u ignore if its public u cant .. if the dude is sick report to yahoo but 1st be nice have them email somethign to get theri IP addy for yahoo to permantley take off.. or use mcafees firewall and have them message u then IP comes up do u wish to accept and then report.. optherwise iggy the name.. so u dont see it in the chat or pool room etc.. u add that name to the ignore list..

Their is programs out their that boots people out of a chat room.... To Stop getting booted... their is no sure thing... but you can try the least Yahoo Im Or try !Ytunnell Pro at ytunnellpro.com

No, booting is on a level above regular user priveledges. Someone boot you, it is that someone's right to do so in that chat room. And you got no choice but to receive that boot.

u have to be the owner of the chat room to boot
