Use the Colgate Simply White Night, brush with arm and hammer's baking soda whitening toothpaste, rinse with proxide. If You can't afford to go buy this stuff, use baking soda to brush and rinse with peroixde or mouthwash. But the best way is to brush everyday, many times a day.

if that's too expensive, go to your local stationary store and buy some white-out... then go all out on your teeth with them.

if youre up for it, brush your teeth alot. perferably after every meal. when your not brushing, use crest whit strips. its a pretty intense schedule, but you'll have really white teeth, really fast.
