Some of the most common symptoms are:
-Burning during urination: This is also a sign of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) and UTI's can LEAD to kidney infections.
-Fatigue: People who get frequent kidney infections, the the number one sign is the fatigue, which can hit suddenly.
-Fever: Usually a low-grade fever goes along with a kidney infection, in the early stages. If the infection is not treated, the fever will rise.

Backache, fever, blood in urine, nausea, but you dont neccesarily have to have all of those symptoms to have it. God to the doctor to be sure.
