That is the big secrets episode.
To begin with Ellis is wheeled in on a stretcher wiht problems. This reveals she has Alzheimers.
I believe Christine reveals she is pregnant with Burke's baby, not to anyone but to the audience.
The chief is is revealed had feelings for Ellis.
And most importantly Mc Dreamy's Mc Wife shows up just in time to ask Meredith what is she doing kissing her husband.
Those are the big ones though that may have been the episode where George gets gonerea from a nurse, who got it from Alex who was trying to have sex with Blondie and everybody has to be tested.

Do you need the season finale for season 1? Is that what you're asking? Or do you mean season 2??? I don't want to tell you season 2's finale if you haven't seen season 1!
