Very common...It all depends on the tightness of the ladies, the amount of time between ejaculants, and muscle structure of the male anatomy.
To prolong it, there are exercises you and your mate can do to help him to last more than 5 minutes....A lot of girls complain about men being done too fast but there is also a complaint of men lasting too long...

Very common. Many guys have trouble with stemmena and "nut" pretty quickly. My boyfriend had been locked up for 10 years and would nut before he even got it in. NO JOKE. The more you have sex, the longer you'll be able to last. Just be patient. You also might want to try "jacking-off" an hour or so before you have sex. That'll help. They also have rings that you can place on the penis that supposedly help you last longer. Good Luck

What to you is "so quickly"? Is that 2 minutes, 20 minutes or a hour?
Some guys will ejaculate quickly either because they cannot control it, or they simply don't choose to hold back. In my experience, I haven't been with many that did that...and often those that do, can re-charge fairly quickly and go again.

Your guy needs to learn self control.. or maybe use something to numb the head of his penis, to avoid ejaculation quickly.
He can always make sure you're satisfied, should he suddenly leave you hanging, by use of his tongue.. or .................................. your choice! If you're left unsatisfied, let him know. If he's unwilling to help you.. well, that should say alot about his character.
You could one day bring him to the point of no return and say something like 'Oh! look at the time.. I have to run!' But I would suggest doing this with him tied to the bed, so he can't reach his pleasure point

Unless he maybee slightly nevous or shy?
Perhaps he likes you so much that he got a little to excited with the opportunity in which he found himself!

Some men do this due to performance anxiety, or to not having sex very often (they get overexcited.) If they haven't been circumcised, the pressure can cause it too.
Also remember women and men have different rhythms...it takes longer to get there for us than for men. This is normal. Annoying, but normal.

a lot when they are younger, or when they haven't had it in a while. If they still do, have them try a sex therapist or just dump him if it's not serious.

it all depends...most guys do that when thay are younger...but after a wile, thay will take longer
