You don't have hemorrhoids because those are just painful bumps kinda like a big zit on your bottom. It doesn't matter if you're gay or straight, everyone eventually gets a hemorrhoid. You should go to the doctor if you have blood in your poop. There's nothing you can do over the counter.

What you are describing doesn't sound like hemoroids. If the blood is dark and thick then that is problems farther up. Time to see a doc. If it's bright red then it is likely just irritation from wiping too much. Switch to a softer brand and or use anti-diareal medicines. OK - hemorrhoids have nothing to do with being gay. I'm an OB nurse and I see them every day on new moms - so that shoots her theory.
As for the blood in your stool, if you were constipated, and pushed and strained, you could have broken a blood vessel in a hemorrhoid and caused the bleeding. If it continues, you should see a doctor. There are treatments for them that might help you.

That's ridiculous. Women often get haemhorroids during pregnancy due to constipation or pressure on the bowel. Chronic constipation can cause them if you have to strain a lot. Abusing laxatives doesn't help them either. I think you should see a doctor about the problems you're having, passing blood is never a good sign. You could have an ulcer.
