Man and apes have a common ancestor. Anyway just because on species evolves into another it does not necessitate the extinction of the first. A small group of animals of a given species can become geographically isolated and mutate into a new form independent of the original creatures.

Why don't evolutionists research more and actually try to UNDERSTAND this before they try to answer a question like this? You're so into knowledge? Read the Holy Bible. Read it from cover to cover and read it with an OPEN MIND. Then we'll talk.
Actually, I would suggest reading many different holy books, and consider many different faiths before deciding anything.
It is actually possible to possess logic, reason, faith, intelligence and emotions. To make the assumption that one must choose from being either a faithless robot or a mindless zealot is absurd and does a great disservice to anyone pondering their spiritual "place in the sun."
It always amazes me when "religious" people are labeled as the close-minded ones because the other side seems to be dead set on never even considering the fact that they could actually be wrong. How about being open to the possibility? I chose my path after much soul-searching and research.
Another irony lies in the criticism for believing in things which happened long ago; isn't that what evolutionists are doing? In that vein, I will choose faith over supposition and extrapolation any day of the week.
There is far too much supposition in the THEORY of evolution.

This question has been asked SO many times on here already! Its because evolution is not controlled. The apes we evolved from no longer exist as the species branched of into diffrent things, such as other apes, humans and other now extinct species. I dont care if you believe in evolution or not, I just find it very strange that anyone can see fault in it.

Because in the world of science people just make stuff up and since they're either old, rich, or well funded others believe it to be true. We didn't evolve from apes. in there time they weren't classified as apes.

We didn't evolve from the apes of today.
What we and the apes evolved from was a common ancestor way back when there was less strife in the world.
Now would that be the Garden of Eden all you religious people want, us to be animals again?

We didn't evolve from apes. What happened was that humans and apes branched off but had a common ancestor. We just have gone further along our branch than apes have.

We didn't evolve from apes. We evolved from some missing link, the like of which has never been discovered in any fossil record or in any organic chain found in any rock formation. It's funny how we have never ever been able to find one missing link or anscestor of any of the creatures walking the earth today, isn't it? It's also funny how evolution requires many, many mutations to occur, and yet not one positive or beneficial mutation without the loss or living matter has ever been witnessed or recorded?
