May depend on where they caught you speeding at, like a school zone would be bad, or even in a construction zone, doubles your points. Most place I've heard of, is a 12 poin system. So, you might be ok there.

depends on the state and points. Also is the state you got the ticket in the same state your license is out of. Some states dont accept tickets from other states for points against licenses. So it all depends.
