who continualy comes on your property harasing you, and wven stole your keys (house, car, truck ect...). This person is a reletive and has a mental condition, shes crazy.

The problem is remedied through law enforcement. First of all, have her charged with theft. That being done, you may then proceed to get a court date where you can have an order of protection placed on your property.
Don't kill anyone.

It's illegal to kill anone unless it's in self-defense, and even that the jury has to decide whether it was truly self defense. Report the person that is harrasing you to the police. If she actually has a mental condition then she should be admitted to an asylum.

Maybe you should offer her a lollipop to suck while you go and call the police. She will be sent to an institution where maybe someone can help her.

In most states you can kill only if you feel threatened for you life. Becareful, if you wound someone they can come back an sue you and many have won.
If you have your house locked and she broken in and stole your keys then she can be arrested for breaking and entering.

first of all it wrong and illegal to kill.you can only do that in self defense which in your case i dont think it is.
the best option for you is to report to the law enforcement agency as that will put her in the right place but the thought of you killing a fellow relative cos she hides your keys is totally insane and crazy to be more precise

2 have the means to carry out that threat
