I really like this guy but, he dated my best friend, like 3 years ago. I asked her what she would think if we were talkin she said she wouldnt mind, then we start datin & she all of a soden hates my guts what should i do?

A best friend would never hate your guts. I think you need to see this boy if you like him and thoroughly examine the friendship you think you have with your 'best friend'.

She hates your guts because best friends just don't do that. The same thing happened to me. I dated a guy for a couple of years, then we broke up. My best friend had a crush on him and began dating him, and there was a whole big mess. Trust me, it's like an unspoken rule that best friends don't date their best friend's exes. IT'll get you into big trouble.

It sounds like she has put you in a hard position. Try talking to your friend. Find out if it is the guy that made her mad or something else. If it just the fact your dating him, it sounds like to keep one you must lose the other. If that is the case, now you have to decide.
A true friend wouldn't make you make that decision. They may worn you that you are making a huge mistake, but should condemn you for it.

The world is big enough that you all dont have to date the same guys. I think its a no no to date any guy your friends or sister have ever dated.

Don't fight your friend over this guy. Its more important to have friendship. Explain to your friend that you never complained over her dating him so she shouldn't complain. Ever heard of you snooze you lose. Chances are you and this guy have more in common than your friend. Maybe he was dating her to get to you.

You talked to her about this before hand. Live "YOUR" life. Do NOT let her dictate who you are, who you date or who your friends should be or NOT!!!
