In Tennessee you have to test out of the school before you can take the state test.

In South Dakota-had to pass the course first before the exam.

You have to take a certain number of class hours. Then you take the class test. If you pass the class test you can take the state board. If you don't pass the class test you have to go back and take certain parts of the class over again.

....I have..........went to Arizona School of RE and Business.
took the 9 day crash course...WHEW! overwhelmed.
...studied ALL materials...Leaned all concepts and terminology.
3 weeks later passed 4 hour SCHOOL test.
Then went on 1 week later and passed 75 question State Exam.
WHEW! I am tired already....
hmmmm.
