Possibly after a jail or prison stay. Racateering is a very serious charge. How old your daughter is would make a real difference. If she is a juvenile, she COULD get probation, but even so, she will most likely do some locked time. Children are the great equalizer, dear, our worry for them puts us all on the same field. My heart is with you and my prayers are for your daughter to come to understand why what she did was wrong and what she needs to do to become a successful and honest member of society.
