how can u figure out how much ur suposed to weigh by hieght?

At 5' you should weight 105 lbs. then you add 5 lbs for each inch. So if you are 5'3' you should weight 105 plus 15 lbs. or 120 lbs. Now this is only a rough measurement and your true weight is dependent on your body shape and muscle mass. You really can have heavy bones, so your bone density could make you weight more than some else your height. Also muscle weights more than fat, so when someone who is overweight starts an exercise program they will lose fat but gain muscle mass and though they will lose inches they doesn't lose much weight. So you can be getting healthy and stronger but the number on the scales doesn't change. Frustrating, huh? The important thing is that you be healthy. Genetic factors play a part so your body type, size and shape are all decided before you were born just like the color of your eyes. A person can be overweight but be healthier than their thin, trim best friend. The person you are inside is very important. Be the person you want to be on the inside, love that person, visualize that person, and you will become that person.

By going to you doc and asking or go to this site and type in your weight and height www.ivillage.com then click diet and fitness then on the page look for some thing that says health Calculator.Also don't listen to Lynn K you can't have heavy bones.

Can you jog a mile... do a decent amount of sit-ups.... some push-ups.... and some squats? If you're not it shape then you should work out... don't go my weight alone. Judge yourself according to fitness level and how your body looks and feels.

I know that if your 5'8 to 5'9 and your a female you should weigh around 135 to 145 i think.

Find a website like WebMD and look it up. They should have a weight chart. It also depends on your frame.

Usually if you're that overweight, you'll have stretchmarks and won't be able to put your feet together without your thighs touching...

and you cantr wash all of your body
thats why fat people smell
