Success is getting what YOU want, not what everyone tell you you should have.
Happiness is accepting what you get in life, being content and not always wanting more.

The measure of success is not what society has placed on you but instead made of what you have set as your own goal. So getting what you want becomes success. If you get what you want then you will probably be happy because you wanted what you get. In other words, you get what you want and it makes you happy.
