Hey how do i animate pics?

Hey everyone i have been trying really hard to find a program that i can download to do all those kool things with the pics.

Try Microsoft's free GIF Animator:

It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it gets the job done and the price is certainly right.

Animated Pics = Animate GIFs, nothing more complicated.
