I respect what the man is doin for his people, but to even put him in the same catagory as tupac that's kind of disrespectfull to not just hip hop but the african american community. I aint bein racist or anything but that is just what I feel. Daddy Yankee is no where near Tupac's level. Tupac's name just burns daddy's name completely. Really no one in the reggaeton community can be considered the next Tupac, but if there was someone that could come sort of close is Tego Calderon but he still aint there yet. I forgot where I read it but i will try to find it soon and put it on here.

Not enough people speak Spanish, so whatever his message is, it ain't gonna be felt by as many people, i know when i hear a daddy yankee song I just switch off, cuz rap is about the lyrics, i know you wouldn't realize it with some of the crap that comes out nowadays but at the end of the day rap is just poetry with a beat and bad language, and you wouldn't read a poem in a language that you didn't understand, unless rap takes a turn for the better and rappers start talking sense then there will never be another tupac, i dont care how many records they sell, the only mainstream rapper that i can think of that talks about more then fast cars and money is the game, kanye west does talk sense, but his heads to big, he wont get far unless he becomes more humble
