I want one that the minutes do not expire and prefer free incoming but I don't think that is possible

Try T Mobile. I got my phone for a penny. Plus I got 130 free mins to start. Only paid 50.00 programming fee. Mins do not expire. Can download wallpaper and ring tones for 1.49 each. Games are 4.99.

I saw some at the airport, but just check with a local cell phone store like Cingular or Verizon Wireless.

I just got a nextel prepaid (Boost) I love it. I get service everywhere. Much better then cellone. And it is not that expensive
