Hell yes!!!.They can only give you a speeding fine, then book you for dangerous driving, dangerous operation of a vehicle, endangering public safety, and a whole lot of other things they can come up with including just being a pain in th ***!.Mind you though,if the speed limit is higher than that then why not?.If the speed limit is lower, say 55 mph, then they're speeding anyway.I don't know what country you're from but there have been many cases of the general public making a citizens arrest against police here in Australia.

Presuming the speed limit is more than 60mph - yes. If you are not passing in dangerous conditions or in an illegal way - in Canada, (where I am, there are laws against driving TOO SLOW as well as too fast!) "Driving appropriately for the conditions..." is the actual wording of the traffic law in most provinces/ municipalities.
Do ensure you aren't "doing anything wrong", when you pass and make sure the other vehicle (cop or otherwise), isn't travelling at that speed for a "good" reason (bad weather, ducks on road, he's a drunk!).
Otherwise - drive away!

Happy motoring!

If, like on most interstates, the posted speed limit is 70, yes I do. It's always amazed me what a traffic jam a state trooper driving 10 miles an hour under the speed limit can create.

If the speed limit is over 60 then yes I do. If it's not, then I don't. Unless it's doing 60 in a 60 where there's 6+ lanes of traffic (total for both ways), then I'll pass doing 65-70 depending on what other traffic is doing. If the cop isn't pulling other people over for it, s/he probably won't pull you over for it.

As long as I don't break the speed limit I pass them. I usually hesitate for a minute then I'm like whatever I've got somewhere to be. I think they intentionally go slow just to screw with people.

No and this question made me laugh at myself because I don't know why I wouldn't speed up to 70.
