i have a very slooow metab. no matter how much or little i eat or exercie i gaine weight but what i need to ask is about so iam not slugish all day and if you want to talk about drug and make fun DON't answer this

the only way to up your metabolism is to get up and move move move. not making fun i lost eighty pounds there is not a magic metabolism pill. Just diet within healthy limits and lots of exercise. I always like to call it move move move. Exercise is a bad word at least it sounds bad. Good luck.

how many times a day do u eat? i have the same problem...but after realizing that eating about five times a day and cutting out a lot of carbs, i was able to lose 8 pounds. i did increase my cardio to 35-40 mins and weight training. just cut the carbs and eat more frequently...no junk food....south beach diet!

Well, the quickest and easiest way to boost metabolism is to cut out soda. It slows down you metabolism a lot.

But I agree, go see a doctor if you're really concerned about it.

Have you talked to your doctor? You may have a thyroid problem or something medical going on.

Caffeine (a drug sorry) or pseudo ephedrine(also a drug, sorry) are light stimulants and are available over the counter.
